It's becoming one big blur...

As the production days begin to fade away, I've come to terms with working on set is a memorable experience, and if another horror film comes my way I will take it, but the past month has blended into one extremely long day.  I've neglected just about every facet of my professional and private life, which led me to respectfully deny going to Florida to work on another film.  In all honesty, my heart and family live in Western North Carolina, and as much as I complain about this area, I really can't find one decent reason to leave.

With that being said, I can finally attempt to finish a few projects that have been put on the backburner:

  • Continuing the installments of an animation pipeline

  • Finishing the elephant head

  • Finalizing the script for Desolation so I can start sending it out to the voice talent (whom have put up with the wait, thank you.)

  • SCORE meetings for developing HIDM

  • Finishing the "Butcher" costume just in time for Halloween...  The single greatest time of the year.

Aside from all of this, I am going to be using this blog as a piece for class, starting with a resume, industry study, etc...

Other than that, I'll leave you with some words a Gaffer once told me:

Take time, because no one is going to give it to you.
